  • DVD's ship directly from NLO and are shipped on Monday and Thursday of every week
  • All other products ship directly from the manufacturer. Please refer to the "Please Note" Section at the bottom of each item description for the approximate turnaround time.

    Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

  • All Return or Exchange requests MUST be received within 14 Days of Receiving Item!
  • UNOPENED DVD's, UnUsed Products in Original New Packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping fees, however, will not be refunded. Please contact a No Limits sales representative for a Return Authorization # and return address. No Returns will be accepted without prior approval from NLO.
  • Please refer to each item's "Please Note" Section located at the bottom of the Item Description for specific Return Policies for each product.
  • In the unfortunate event that an item is received damaged, an exchange will be issued once the damaged item is received. No additional shipping fees will be applied. Please contact a No Limits sales representative for a Return Authorization # and return address. No Returns will be accepted without prior approval from NLO.
